  Log into your Ugaoo account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.

  Upload Proof

  For plants or fragile pots, please upload a clear photograph of the damaged product and the original packaging to help us verify the issue.

  Our botanical experts will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the claim meets our health and safety return criteria.

  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement plant or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
